On successful completion of this subject, students will be able to:

Appreciate the relevance of law and legal institutions for the establishment and operation of international business;

Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of contractual terms with regard to international business, process of negotiation and enforcement of those terms through appropriate forums;

Evaluate the operation of international business entities and the significance of compliance with legal regulation and ethical principles;
4.
Collect material information relevant to the effective regulation of international business, and appreciate the liability and enforcement regimes for contemporary international environment;
5.
Understand the role of national governments in promoting and protecting international business;
